CERAMIC COAT YOUR CAR WITH GOOD RESULTS! DIY STYLE (AvalonKing)
Guys let me make it clear I know manufacturers want to make this so-called synthetic blend let me tell you this if you going to do it right do it right stop messing with these synthetic blends these oils are fraud for your engine if you going to go conventional then go conventional oil if you're going to do it right go full synthetic that's it don't go with that synthetic blend that's like saying you can't afford full synthetic but this synthetic blend are not popular oil to buy at all you don't hear about race cars running on synthetic blends it's always full synthetic. But if you going to go with conventional oil my recommendation for the best quality for your money and has good film strength for protection go with Castro or Pennzoil for conventional oil. But of course synthetic blend oils it's only good for certain type of vehicles mostly commercial vehicles that deals with a lot of stop and go all day but once again if you going to do it right for a vehicle that is meant for stop and go work all day I would suggest full synthetic oil to combat heat stress and overworking engines especially extreme Heats
Some good advice there Chris, I remember the days when oil was very cheap even the top brands were very affordable but these days a lot of modern engines need synthetic oil which the manufactures know so they hype up the price even more🤷♂🙄👍John UK
Thank you appreciate that
They do look nice lifts but to have 3 out of 4 lifts with bolts missing and leaking oil is not good quality control, you would think that someone would check them before they are shipped👍John UK
Yes I agree ☝🏼 100%, the rep was even shocked that it left the manufacturing plant like this .
It's a shame this sort of thing happens as it's not good for their rep on what is a great product.
@@JohnWD40TC02yeah very true and it’s not like these were cheap either, these were close to 50k
WOW!! that is a lot of money for what is in effect 75% of the order was not fit for purpose, it's a good job they were fixed reasonably quick or you could have asked for compensation for loss of revenue.
@JohnWD40TC02 yes very true , not to mention what was supposed to take 3”60 days turned into 6 months to get them
Did you remove the door hinges to remove door or from the pins that are attached on hinges? I ask because I would imagine aligning door would be a nightmare if the actual hinges were removed. Thanks for the video. I'm motivated by your dedication.
The entire hinges since I mostly work by myself it seemed easier at the time for me
Have you had problems with migraines gun
Actually yes the wire wouldn’t feed out of the gun, but it was an issue with the gun not being seated all the way into the cavity and wrong tension on the wire tensioner
Also the gas wasn’t flowing but that was also due to it not being seated properly
2013 Insight is making the same sound. I believe this is the problem I am having. Thanks bro! Easy fix!
😎👍
Long time no see
Also exacto knife with a bigher blade might help with cutting the adhesive.
Nice work. Specially doing all by yourself. Can the molding around the glass be replaced without removing the glass. Im going to repaint my car and simply just want to change molding but dont want to remove glass. Thank you
I was going to attempt the same thing but no it must be removed as there is a slot in the middle the the glass sits in
@@Mechaniclyfe Thank you for replying. I was afraid that would be your answer.
Very nice presentation
There’s only about 3 types of coolant
3 types 5 different colors
I like how it lays down first coat looks great but it had some sort of reaction on the second coat and looked awful.
Probably laid it down too heavy
Holy god I’m surprised that thing ain’t using a 3 quarter line
Motorcraft in the Wood Brothers Ford
I don't know about you but a vintage snap-on ratchet in that kind of condition could sell for a "pretty penny" enough to get you a modern ratchet of your dreams from Snap-On. That ratchet will likely outlast you with some general maintenance and care.
thank you so much for this real life diy
No worries just trying to show how to overcome these obstacles that we all go thru rather pro or diy
Are those brunt workbooks
Rockrooster , super comfy and decent for the price
@@Mechaniclyfe oh they look like brunt’s but u would know
In between coats and waiting for paint to flash , the cup system starts leaking at the rim. I’ve experienced this multiple times with two different guns and a few of the kits. Like clockwork, first spray goes on great no issues. I put the gun to the side for a few minutes and come back to do a second coat, and the cup just leaks like crazy, creating more hassle and wasting time and paint. I’m not sold on this system and would recommend skipping it altogether and going with something else altogether.
where you get a transmission that cheap with such low milage any reference of where to buy would be nice thanks bro
Scammer snap on
So this is actually my snap on guy. This dude had been doing this constantly. He said this was like his 10th time buying busted tools online and trading them in for new ones. The warranty only applies to the original purchaser. This guy is just trying to play the system. I have tools from my dad that broke and my guy took care of me because i explained the situation and and am a actual frequent paying customer unlike this clown. Snap on truck drivers only get reimbursed for warranty tools if it has a receipt in the system
Definitely not your ugga dugga you can barely lift it haha! I throw it around and blast lugs off like Nascar! Breaking tires is my daily
Someone’s getting an old school motor flush I see.
My Snap-on guy here in East Texas would’ve gave you a brand new ratchet and no questions asked.
Paint code please

These reaction videos are terrible.
I take great pride in making the most terrible reaction videos , thanks ☺️

People must not know that matco, snap on and others have tools made in china also.

Yes it is
@@Mechaniclyfe nice
Where did u find a transmission for that price🥴
I got lucky found one on offer up , it was crashed with 30k ish miles
Solder it clean it down
Hey Chris, it's often the simplest jobs that turn out to be the most frustrating which is not helped by having the wrong part, I think you did well keeping your cool when you were having so many issues, a very professional job Sir👌👍John UK
Thank you John , it sure was harder than it should have been but we managed to come up with a solution and move forward :)
Why would you want to get rid of that ratchet? I made a video about you type of people.
What kind of people is that? I love when people assume they know someone they’ve never even met before , curious to know .
I will post the video this weekend
a auto refinisher can use either of them and get Good results, I have been for 48 years my preference its a HTE for clears 2k & Acrylics next HVLP for 2k base and colours Acrylics and all primers my hobby is making guitars when I'm not painting cars where i use a bit of nitrocellulose which i use HVLP and I only use either Iwata and DeVilbiss guns, my most expensive guns are HTE and I keep for only clears I'm not a SATA fan I have about 25-30 guns and as many I use for parts, good vlog you covered most things
How did you stand it up by yourself ?
